Personaly I don't believe in karma and a group karma is very much against my sense of what is right or wrong. Every country has a bad history, somehow, anyway. What human being is able to judge such debet/credit accounts? Let us help victims, instead of sort of blaming them, the poorist people who have the nastiest locations on earth to live on.
