Uranus is the symbol of incidents, accidents and sensational news. The inconjunction is reflecting lack of proportion. So when a person has transit Uranus inconjunct progressed Ascendant, it is to be expected that there is a lot to do about his relationship and there is a risk for accidents. Tiger Woods has transit Uranus close to the natal Descendant right now and inconjunct progressed Ascendant. He is in the news because of an accident by car (but, he is not seriously injured) and there is a story about a very angry partner...here is the chart with transits and progressions.
For more about his chart and the similarities with the chart of Surav Ganguli, see the earlier post...(click here)

HI, It's very interesting what you're saying here about Tiger Woods. A fascinating person over the years. I've made quite a study of accidents over the years and interviewed many people who've had them, and I found that most of them were stuck in situations that no longer fit who they were--not living out their true identity.
ReplyDeleteAs we got deeper into examining it, the accident was both a form of rebellion against the constraining role they were playing AND an opportunity for a break to take a good look at what they really wanted to be doing. In short, it was an identity crisis that resulted in a big shift in life direction. All in all, completely Uranian!
Thanks for an interesting post!
Hi Donna, thanks for your comment!
ReplyDeleteUranus indeed has a shocking effect, so has an accident. The adrenaline might also help to get more sudden flashing insight and see priorities in life, perhaps.
When people cause accidents they are often in a hectic or disturbing period (too busy, too fast, too much...) and the accident gives them time to reconsider their situation. It is like running in a threadmill and falling out of it, I guess:)
