When the Force is against you...

This is about Mars square Pluto in a Solar Return. That is when the Force (any force) is against you. Let me tell you about my personal experience.

CafeAstrology mentioned it, but too late for me:): Mars square Pluto so don't try to get the upper hand. I tried and failed.

You see, I have a Frenchie, and she is very sweet except when you try to take her somewhere without her consent. She just stops and pulls back if you pull. I'd better have stopped, too. I do, now. But it is a bit too late now, and the pain is getting harder. It seems that this little doggy might be the cause of a muscle problem that keeps me on the second floor this weekend as I remember a slight flash of pain following some pulling. Now I dare not use the stairs and it takes a quarter of an hour to get down or up. Intense pain (even with heavy pain stillers) and restricted movements prohibit that I go out , buy presents and do what I like. Mars was square Pluto in my December 12 solar return, separating. In my progressed chart Mars had already been semi square natal Moon and inconjunct Pluto when I felt pain and thought that it was over, later. Around November 16, transit Mars was conjunct Saturn and it started, again. It was AFTER my birthday that the pain got so bad.

I don't want to scare you off. What I mean is: you need not die or get injured in a way that you almost die with Mars square Pluto in the solar return. It just hurts badly. Pluto is STRONG(ER). My Frenchie accompanies me and looks worried when I say Ouch!@%! Ain't she sweet? I almost hope that it is not her fault and something else...

Maybe I'd better try this: http://ahimsadogtraining.com/blog/2008/04/08/dog-refuses-walk/ Or maybe someone has to say 'May the Force be with YOU'!:) See this interview with Carrie Fisher and her  Frenchie (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PqsG3x3RQmw) Meanwhile I see the specialists next week:)

and remember: it always takes more than just 1 indication. There is also Saturn-Ascendant, Chiron-Sun and Mars inconjunct Pluto in my progressed chart. So don't worry if you have a single Mars-Pluto affliction around. Just don't push it!

Dilemma

Remember the post 'When one chart is up...' with the sub title 'How can you laugh, when you know I'm down'? It is here: : http://astropost.blogspot.nl/2011/05/when-one-chart-is-up-and-other-one-is.html

Now my chart will be up, when my dog's chart will be down, exactly in the summer of 2016, when I consider to make a trip to Eastern Europe. As it will be hot there and there will be many excursions to palaces and city centers, it will be better for the dog and us to leave the dog behind, in a pension with only Frenchies, in the hands of a nice lady. I could think of it as a sort of a vacation for the dog, but I know that while my chart has Jupiter-P Venus during the trip, hers has transit Saturn square Sun and Progressed Sun. And that is an uneasy thought. Especially since the latest example of Saturn with Sun and Progressed Sun was that of a well known singer in my country who ended in hospital on a Greek island, after being hit by a car, while walking on the street. So, maybe that explains my concern.

Usually there is some correspondence between charts of partners and if not, it is a sign of not being in line, at least. Imagine that they don't tell me how sad my dog is (just to keep me happy) and that I'd never know if I hadn't studied astrology... Or am I 'tripping' the bad way?

What would you do? The transits remain the same if I go or if I don't. Perhaps I'd better not? It is just a silly dilemma in turbulent times, I know...

PS the dog was born September 2, 2014 (time unknown)

Transit Jupiter and 6th house: happy with pets

When my puppy entered our house, transit Jupiter was trine my Midheaven from the 6th house (and I didn't pick that day on purpose).
Last time that I had a puppy transit Jupiter was conjunct my Ceres. In the solar return chart for that year Sun and Jupiter were conjunct Midheaven with Sun ruling the 6th house.
There are two more trines of Jupiter with my MC next year, but I don't plan to have more puppies.

I think that the Jupiter-6th house combination makes you happy about pets, the household, the daily routine or health. Maybe it is about pets in my case because of Jupiter in Pisces 12 conjunct my Ascendant. But I find it an interesting 'coincidence'.

Transits of Jupiter don't always promise BIG events. They just let you count your blessings. Actaeon wasn't really blessed. He was hounted by his own dogs after Artemis transformed him into a deer. O dear! I won't let that happen to me:)

Restrictions, freedom and Saturn/Uranus

Today we remember that 25 years ago the European communist regimes started to fall with the Berlin Wall to begin with. Here is the chart for that moment. Watch Saturn conjunct Neptune (detachment, mostly involuntary and in this case: the end (Saturn) of an ideology (Neptune)).
Click, open in new window and make this picture bigger!
Very much in line with the event is the horizon. Ascendant conjunct Ceres (the importance of dynasty, genes, family) and opposite Saturn/Uranus midpoint (the midpoint of restricted liberty and the rebellion against it).

Saturn/Uranus midpoint is now sesquisquare my Sun. A little black dog is sort of restricting my liberty, while I sometimes have to limit hers. See her protest below! And think of it: circumstances (political, economical, social) are the key to the way and the degree of restricted liberty. Mine is rather nice and probably temporarily. Hers will be less strict when she knows where to pee. And that is how transits go by. For many people in the world there is no freedom on the horizon. But it was on November 9, 25 years ago, for the people of the communist part of Germany.

DOG IN HOSPITAL
with transit Mars oppositon Sun

Dogs are like family. When a dog has to go to hospital, the family is worried. Chelsea is my son’s dog, but I consider her my 'grandchild':) She is energetic, all Aries (Sun and probably also her Moon), and looks amazingly young (her Venus in Gemini?). And she loves to travel (Jupiter oriental). Lately, in Switzerland, you could watch her smile. She does not like other dogs, except for male hush puppies with deep dark voices. But she just loves children, as all Dogues de Bordeaux do.

And now she is in hospital. Tuesday, early in the morning, my son noticed that Chelsea was unable to move her legs. She was shaking all over. It seems to be polyartritis. This all happens to her with transit Mars opposition natal Sun, so it seems the doctors in the veterinarian hospital are right and there is some infection. The doctor said that Chelsea is in an amazing condition for her age (9, 5 and the average age of a Dogue de Bordeaux is 8, 5), has a strong heart, a good skeleton and bright eyes. She only has that silly arthritis. A quick glance on the Internet tells me that arthritis is usually linked to Gemini. Hmm...Maybe it is her Ascendant, because she is rather intelligent and communicative. Chelsea can communicate by telephone, knows who she is talking to (really!) and expresses joy, sympathy, or irritation. She uses me as an intermediary when her boss does not want to do as she wishes soon enough. I guess we communicate that well because her Mercury is square my Venus.

Wonder why my son wanted her? Her Venus is trine Neptune and both are related to his (and my:) Moon! Moon, that is were her home is. We hope she will be back soon. In the meantime: read all about the signs and your dog on my site Astromarkt:)
