Transit Neptune conjunct my Ascendant

When Neptune crosses your horizon (Ascendant/MC), things might turn misty. Your perspective is fading, things become unclear and all kinds of ghosts (and secrets) might come out of the closet. Is that true, in my experience?
Transit Neptune is on my Ascendant and I am trying to find the meaning of it. I find myself in hospitals, doctor's offices and nursing homes more frequently than ever before. Does the nurse in me come out of the closet?:)

First hit: UNCLARITY
It happened for the first time, when I went to buy new glasses with transit Neptune crossing the Ascendant, in March. I was told that I had a serious eye problem (cataract). The consulted eye doctor said that I didn't have any eye problem at all! It was just because the person who tested my eyes used wrong material. She was not an eye doctor at all and shouldn't have mentioned it.  The first hit of Neptune was about real every day focus and vision (glasses).

Second hit: HELPING
I had the second experience on September 4, when transit Uranus was square my Sun/Moon at the same time that transit Neptune was on my Ascendant. This second hit was exactly on the day that I witnessed an accident and started helping.

Clearly (sic...:) Neptune led me to doctors twice. First to consult the eye doctor (for nothing), then for another person (for something more serious).

Can't wait for the final hit, mid January 2014...:(

PS Neptune is rather important in my chart. Neptune rises before my Sun and is involved in a small trine with Sun, MC and Pluto. Neptune rules Pisces and that is my Ascendant sign. So Neptune is my ruler number 1. All this makes the transits of Neptune more important for me than for those who don't have a prominent Neptune.
For those interested in houses and rulers: Neptune is in my 7th house.

Divorce in the charts of women

The Grimaldi sisters (the daughters of Princess Gracia of Monaco) aren't happily married right now and separated/divorced before. They are not very lucky in selecting partners, up to now. They were born with in their charts many, if not all of, the indications of possible divorce for women.

Afflictions between Sun and Mars, Sun and Uranus, Venus and Uranus and affliction between Mars and Saturn are the specific indications for divorce or an ended marriage in the chart of women. Men's charts with afflictions between Maan-Saturn, Moon-Neptune, Venus-Neptune and Mars-Uranus are more often the charts of divorced men. In general the position of Venus in Aries and Mars in Libra, and hard aspects between (the rulers of) the first and seventh house resonate difficulties in marriage and relationships. There are many examples on the blog Astrology&Love. This blog is about the Princesses Caroline and Stephanie and divorce in their charts.

CAROLINE
When she was born the chart of Princess Caroline of Monaco had all the indications of difficulties in marriage and relationships that women can have:

1. Sun afflicting Uranus
2. Mars sesquisquare Saturn
3. Venus 157.5 Uranus (that is a sesquisquare + a half semisquare)
4. Jupiter is in Libra and in the 7th house (multiplying the number of marriages)
(5. Sun is (wide) square Mars. This aspect is out of sign.)

Caroline Grimaldi first divorced. Her second husband died in a car crash. She is now living separated from her third husband. Here is her chart.

Her sister Stephanie married twice and divorced twice. Her third child has an unnamed father. In her chart we see 3 of the indications for women and an affliction between the rulers of the first and the seventh house. She has Saturn in the 7th house instead of Jupiter. There is a quintile between Saturn and Jupiter, illustrating a creative way to deal with hierarchy.

Sun sesquisquare Mars
Sun inconjunct Uranus (orb 1.35)
so also: Ruler 1 inconjunct ruler 7
Mars 157,5 (135+22.5) Saturn
Saturn in the 7th house, without major aspects (!calling!)

The fact that the sisters both have Sun afflicted by Uranus shows that life with the protocol won't be easy for them and that it might also be hard for them to have a long lasting contact together.
Quoting my article about sharing aspects:
Sun and Uranus shared in aspect might indicate joined rebellion. How long this will last in a proper family home in a suburb, especially when the aspect is hard? But in a group of inventive people or in a place where news items are made you certainly can go for ‘sensation’ together. This relationship could have an unusual start. But too much tension could lead to stress, even if the surprises are nice. Both being independent and willing to be free it will be hard to stay together as a couple. With harmonious aspects this tendency for doing things the way you want it, will be tempered.

There was a period when Stephanie was not allowed to see her family.

Jupiter in the first house and growing

Lately I experienced transit Jupiter in the 12th house and transit Jupiter conjunct Ascendant, when nothing happened (links below). Now Jupiter is in my first house and like always when Jupiter is there: I grow (and grown-ups can grow in one direction only)…That is in line (...) with the look of the planet (the biggest) but not with the statues of the Roman god. Santa Claus however has a big belly and he is very much a Jupiter-look-alike for modern times.

The first time that Jupiter was in my first house, I was a baby and then I had to grow, OK. I remember the 3rd time, too: that is when I quit smoking and gained 20% (a happy 20% because I was too small then). But another time I grew just like that, because I felt happy and careless and I didn’t mind. Every time Jupiter is in my first house, I grow. I am not complaining: I have seen pictures that convinced me that I could have grown much more!

Now I have gained 3 centimetres and I am desperately trying not to spoil myself any more and get strict and firm. This time Jupiter’s transit came after a period of Mexican Flue and an icy cold winter that kept me at home, behind the computer. For a few months I spoiled myself and then: I recovered my measuring-tape. Ay: I grew one size and summer is coming!

Getting better is nice, getting fatter is not better. More moving, eating less: sounds simple, but I wonder if Jupiter helps in this case. Jupiter is the reflection of growth, being BIG and fat. In many countries being fat is a way to show that you are well to do and healthy. In the West being fat is a shame. That makes me wonder about the meaning of Jupiter. Jupiter is the symbol of overweight, overload and too, too, too much. Did Jupiter help me or did I help the symbol of Jupiter? Now that Jupiter has been square my Sun and Midheaven and is moving towards a square with Venus 3 times (every time that I have a planned trip or holiday: great!) I am using the interval and do my very best not to grow any more. And I hope that the Placidus system is not right and the equal house system is. That is because I have a very very large first house in Placidus:). But maybe I can expect some help, though, as transit Jupiter is right now square progressed Ascendant. Or...???Oh no! Never mind, I feel great anyway:)!
