Dull chart of Uranus discovery

Today 228 years ago Uranus was discovered and this seems to be the chart of the moment. Amazing is that Uranus is not on top at all:) Uranus is square Sun and Mars on 13 March 1781 at 23 hours GMT London. Uranus is not important in this chart at all. It is such a dull chart, so unlike Uranus...

The chart of the moment of discovery has the Moon on the Ascendant and Venus (rising before the Sun) is opposition Midheaven. But Uranus is insignificant in the eight house. That is rather surprising, and that is the nature of Uranus:), LOL. Or is not it? The eight house is supposed to be the house of research and discoveries.

But...I found Uranus opposition the natal Midheaven in the fourth harmonic, conjunct Sun. Perhaps 4th harmonics show crucil events and moments for the most important planets in the chart.

Chart of the shooting in Germany

When there is an event, the chart of the moment holds information about the moment, as if the chart is mirroring the event. It is not vice versa. Things happen at a certain time and moment that sort of enables the event. But it is not so that events need to happen at a certain moment and place. Every day there is a moment that Uranus, Mars and Pluto have key positions in the chart. But (luckily) not every day there is a shooting at such a moment. Today is an exception. You see the chart of the moment of the shooting in a German school this morning at 9h30 in Winnenden. A former pupil, age 17, killed 9 persons, perhaps with the guns and pistols of his parents.

What do we see in the chart?
- The midpoint Sun/Moon is exactly square Uranus, symbol of shocks (ruler Midheaven).
- Pluto (symbol of transforming change) is square ASC/MC
- Mars - the military symbol - is the 'oriental' planet (the first outer planet rising before the Sun)
- The tightest aspect is Moon inconjunct Neptune

Mars, Uranus and Pluto reflect a moment of an act that caused a dramatic change. Mercury (symbol of school and youth) is on top, square Ascendant and we see Mars between the conjunction of Sun-Uranus and the Aquarius Midheaven. Mars-Uranus combination often reflect the sudden attack (or explosion).

Tsjernobyl: a secret (Neptune/Pluto) accident (Uranus)

Inspired by a documentary on television I looked for the data of the nuclear disaster of Tsjernobyl to errect the chart. At 1h23m40s was the final error, followed by the explosion. Uranus was on the Ascendant of that moment.

Uranus is almost always there when there is a shocking accident or an explosion. The accident killed thousands of people, many of them gave their life to try to stop the fire. Help came late and the world was not warned. Satellites of the USA discovered that something disastrous was happening.

On that day, the Sun was opposition Pluto (highlighting danger), but Neptune was sextile and trine the opposition. So it was not mentioned. The combination of Neptune-Pluto is the combination of being discrete or mysterious. Read about the combination of the silent force...

Click the label 'Uranus' below or 'Accidents' to see more examples of a crucial angular or elevated Uranus in the charts of accidents.

David Beckham's twisted ankle

David Beckham twisted his ankle today during a training. He will be missed for a while...
Today transit Mars was square his natal Mercury ruler Ascendant and Midheaven. Mars is in Aquarius, sign of the ankles.

The golden Yod of March 10, 1959 (Tibet)

On the 10th March 2009 it is 50 years ago that the people in Tibet tried to break free from China. See the chart above...it was on a day that the Sun was in a so called 'golden' Yod with Saturn and Uranus as the three were related by quintiles and biquintiles.

Saturn-Uranus is the combination of limited freedom (click the label below to see more examples, like the Fritzl-case) and quintiles are showing clever and creative ways to reach a goal. One side wanted indepence (Uranus) and the others wanted restrictions and status quo (Saturn). So: are quintiles productive and effective? It depends on whose side you are. And are quintiles harmonious? It depends...

Today transit Saturn is square the Sun of that day in history. And Tibet is still part of China.
