Anna Chapman was born Anna Kushhenko in Volgograd and this is about the chart of her day of birth, with transits and progressions for today. Wikipedia mentions that she is well educated and that she married twice. She grew up in Russia and worked in London in 2001 (age 19). The Sun square Uranus, both afflicted by Mars, and the semi sesquisquare Sun-Neptune are part of her chart and life story. They show us how she was/will be a stranger in communities and how she was/is not always clear about herself.... Her Mars-Uranus affliction is shared by two famous spies: Mata Hari and Christine Keeler.
SUN SQUARE URANUS (both afflicting Mars)
There is a tight square between Sun and Uranus in her chart. I have seen this square before in the charts of people who are different (or want to ‘special’ and different). A Russian in the USA is different, of course. Sun and Uranus make minor hard aspects with Mars. The combination of Sun, Mars and Uranus is reflecting the drive to make a difference, the short fuse and a risk to get involved in incidents and accidents. In the charts of females they are 2 of the 4 indications for divorce. With 2 or more there is a risk of divorce. Chapman has 3 (also Mars conjunct Saturn)! (For your info: the fourth indication for divorce for women is Venus-Uranus afflicted). So she is not 40 yet and married/divorced twice, already.
SUN-NEPTUNE
Neptune in the 267th degree of the zodiac and Sun in the 335th are about 67.5 degrees apart. The 67.5 degree aspect is a semi sesquisquare (45 + 22.5). It is a minor aspect. Minor aspects mirror the person behind (the chart behind the chart; all that is not obvious at first sight). In the first half of the 20th century it wasn't usual for women to file for divorce. Those who did it, might have been the ones with Sun square Uranus. Perhaps that is why the Dutch astrologer Ram found the affliction between Sun and Uranus so often in the charts of divorced women?

Your description of Sun square Uranus makes her look a lot like an Aquarius. Considering that squares are dinamic aspects maybe she acts more Aqua than a Sun Aqua that are not forced to reveal their nature and have more time to dwell on it. but if one is 'pushed into that direction things happen much faster.
Makes me think about squares to the Sun - especially squares from outer planets.
