Policemen in crime and how about your transit Saturn inconjunct Sun

This post is about two things: criminal policemen and transit Saturn inconjunct your natal Sun.
I A Swedish chief of police, now behind bars, has been accused of extremely brutal sexual crimes. He denies. His name is Göran Lindberg. In some ways his chart looks like that of a policeman who killed and abused a girl this year. Of course, because they were both policemen and they are in jail now...For the charts of the days of birth, scroll down...
II Transit Saturn inconjunct Sun and the special effect

I.1 LINDBERG
When Göran Lindberg was born, the Moon and Venus were prominent. The Sun was in aspect with Mars and Pluto (the other policeman has Sun semi square the midpoint Mars/Pluto). It is a perfect picture for a policeman (using authority) who is in favor of police women. The progressed Sun square Neptune is reflecting the isolated position that he has today.

Göran (is that Swedish for Joran?) Lindberg, chief police officer, asked for attention for the position of female police officers who fight discrimination,sexual intimidation and even violence. This year he was arrested accused of extremely brutal sexual crimes, often with young victims. The symbols of women are prominent in the natal chart (Moon is rising before the Sun, Venus is 'calling'). So it is not surprising that he had an eye for women and their situation. But,he also had Sun square Mars and square Pluto.


AQUARIAN MOON AND VENUS 'CALLING'
In the chart of his day of birth the Moon in Aquarius is rising before the Taurus Sun and Mercury in Aries, reflecting the importance of his needs, children, women and education (he was a teacher in gender equality, too, very Moon Aquarius). The Moon is probably opposition Pluto,infensifying needs and habits.

Watch the 'calling Venus'(without Ptolemaic aspects with the 'usual guys') tightly trine Pholus and 75 d from Pluto. Pholus is quindecile - symbol of possible obsession or strong focus - Pluto. Women are very prominently reflected in the chart and they are the key to 'shooting his own feet'

• TRANSIT SATURN INCONJUNCT SUN

When he was arrested (end of January 2010) transit Saturn was inconjunct his Taurus Sun (losing dignitiy and self respect, see the post about the arrest of Paris Hilton with the same transit). At that moment he had several 'toys' with him, like whips and Viagra.

• MIRRORED MARS-PLUTO

The natal Mars-Pluto combination was aspected and mirrored by transits and progressions:

- Transit Pluto was trine the progressed Mars,
- Transit Saturn was semi sextile progressessed Mars.
- Progressed Mars was trine natal Sun.
- Transit Pluto was trine natal Sun (and moving to an opposition with progressed Sun).

• SUN NEPTUNE

Progressed Sun is square natal Neptune this year. It is the kind of aspect that makes a person insecure and seen in a negative light: see http://www.astromarkt.net/sun-neptune.htm

• PHOLUS QUINDECILE PLUTO

Pluto is quindecile Pholus, while Pholus is trine Venus. There is a sort of an obsessive focus (quindecile) on values and the exploitation of women (Venus-Pluto) that started to hurt himself (Pholus). He was not loved dearly in his efforts to attrack more police women.

• MERCURY OPPOSITION NEPTUNE

In his natal chart Mercury is exactly opposition Neptune (and trine Pluto); it is the symbol of miscommunications. I quote the post about Mercury and telling lies ('Slow answers, lies and Mercury aspects"):

(...)Neptune is also the symbol of what is 'unlimited'. And fake. Mercury-Neptune hides facts (remains silent), invents facts or simply misunderstands the information and is confused. Lying with a Mercury-Neptune is easy and is done by giving misty information or by 'pretending' facts.



Sometimes people with a prominent Mercury-Neptune combination in their charts become the victim of false information or others simply don't believe what they are saying because it sounds like if the person is inventing it (thinking too long, known for having a fantasy etc....). When you have to invent stories because you are an author, this aspect can be a blessing, but in real life it is not easy. For an example, see the charts of Gerard and Guillaume Depardieu. BTW, Brad Pitt (actor) has Mercury sextile Neptune, tightly.

It is clear that he has to deal with difficult situations. The trines (again! see labels) don't show harmony. They just make it easy to have to defend himself (Mars-Pluto) in a negative and isolated period (Sun square Neptune). Like when you are in jail, waiting for the judgement, denying...

I.2 THE OTHER POLICEMAN
This year, in another part of Europe, a policeman murdered and abused a 12 year old girl. Just like Göran he has a tight Mars-Uranus (maybe this helps when you want to be a policeman?) and Mercury-Neptune affliction (his Mercury is quindecile Neptune; he pretended to help his neighbours search for their daughter).

II HOW ABOUT YOU and TRANSIT SATURN INCONJUNCT SUN?
The inconjunction of transit Saturn happens to a lot of people every year. It depends on your situation and chart and also on your age how this transit will be reflecting what happens. An inconjunction usually involves lack of balance and losing or giving up on something (sometimes you feel lighter afterwards).
Saturn - in difficult position - often mirrors disadvantages, mistakes, being set back, restrictions, barriers, falling down, and issues in bussiness, career or other 'responsibilities' and debts...Generally a transit of Saturn inconjunct the natal or progressed Sun might lead to losing (self) respect and fysical or social 'weight'. It might be a problem with the management or your debts (so be prepared). No , this it is not the kind of transit that we are waiting for impatiently. But, (there is always a 'but' when there is an inconjunction, even when it is with Saturn), but, in the end, you might also experience a sort of a relief,when the load is off your shoulder. You have survived this transit before, so don't worry too much and try to keep your self respect.

Saturn is now moving from Virgo into Libra. Those who were born around February 20 to 24 or April 20 to 24 will soon be able to give a comment here about the effect of transit Saturn inconjunct their natal Sun in July (starting mid July, for the ones born in the first two days) and in August.
