Chavez and Plutonic friends...

March will be the month of synastry, relationships and aspects between (progressed and natal) charts here on Astropost. Let's start with a news item: Hugo Chavez says that Moammad Khadaffi (Gaddafi?) is his friend and not a murderer. OK...

Usually we see Jupiter when one person is supporting another, but here it is Pluto. The Pluto of the Libian President is conjunct the Sun of the President of Venezuela. Also their Saturns are inconjunct. And we see transit Pholus square Chavez' Venus right now, contradicting that his sympathies have not changed at all. Another interesting fact is Mars inconjunct Mars. Mars is the planet of competition, males and fights. In a relationship between man and woman it often points at 'fire' at first and aiming at each other later. Between men it is often a signal of anger.
So, how strong is the hold of Pluto on the Sun? Or does Chavez fear revolt in his own country? His progressed Sunsign is changing with transit Uranus  in opposition of the progressed Sun. Earlier, there was an inconjunction with Pluto. We see 3x change for Chavez.
If Uranus is really about revolutionary changes, time is on the side of his enemies...

SYNASTRY, SUN-PLUTO IN A RELATIONSHIP

What if your Sun or Pluto is conjunct the Pluto or Sun of another person? You will probably influence or be influenced! And what if you and another person share a Sun-Pluto aspect? From time to time it will be a challenging relationship as you both are fanatic and have a strong will (who wins? that is the question). Together you are strong against enemies and authorities who try to dominate you. But it won't be easy to keep problems out of the relationship. In fact, you may have had a difficult start together and problems or challenges made you stronger or destroyed your relationship (depending on other factors). In the composite chart the Sun will also be conjunct Pluto, reflecting the original problems, if the aspect between Sun and Pluto is tight. This is the aspect of 'can't live with you, can't live without you'...
Here are some examples of the Sun-Pluto effect. The same events are being evaluated in a positive and in a negative way. The impact of a Sun-Pluto 'mirror in the sky' depends on your situation, culture, gender, age, status and on the Sun-Pluto connection and position in the natal chart.
