13th May 1950: STEVIE WONDER

The natal chart of Stevie Wonder (born 13th May 1950 at 16h20 EST in Saginaw) is a good example of the value of crucial placements. Look at his chart.

Venus and Neptune are both crucial (on Descendant and on Ascendant). So even though the oppostion between Venus and Neptune was out of orb, the combination of Venus and Neptune is prominent and show artistic (Neptune) abilities (Venus). Neptune is tightly square the MC (so art was strongly connected to his carreer).

Singers often have a combination of Venus and Uranus and or Neptune in their charts. Venus in THIS chart is right in the middle of an out of orb square with Uranus (6d13 orb) and an opposition with Neptunue (6d7 orb). He was very young when he started his carreer (12). In 1962 the progressed Sun was square Jupiter and quintile Pluto. The importance of Jupiter and Pluto being 'hit' by progressed Sun or MC in order to be succesful, is also visible in the birth and progressed chart of Bill 'Microsoft Gates.

Stevie Wonder has the Sun tightly trine Mars. I think that is a great symbol for being a producer. Also Mars is the end dispositor of the Midheaven (through Cancer, Moon Aries...etc.).

BIRTH CHART LINDSAY LOHAN And the suspicion of robbery

Mercury and Mars in a difficult distance from each other seems to be one of the indications for possible stealing (being quick - Mars - at hand - Mercury -...).*) A quindecile (165 degree aspect) is an indication for an obsession. Obsessive taking of other persons' property might be (in certain circumstances!)the meaning of Mercury quindecile Mars. And Lindsay Lohan has it. Two people say that she stole clothes on two different occasions (a fur coat and clothes out of a closet). Does it mean she did it? No, it says that the theme is part of her life time experiences.

With transit Pluto inconjunct her progressed Sun right now together with Solar Arc Pluto sesquisquare Sun and Solar Arc Uranus opposition Sun...an arrest is in the air this way or a mental breakdown. Rapid changes in her life have not made it easy to be balanced. So maybe she could better consult a therapist (who is also symbolised by Pluto). Hopefully the birth chart shows crucial positions of more pleasant planets...

ACTRICE AND SINGER
She is in the news as a suspect, but, she is famous for being an actrice and a singer. Her Venus is tightly trine Uranus. It is the strongest major aspect in this chart. Many modern artist have an aspect between Venus and Uranus. So has Lohan.

BTW Look at the missing element 'air', pointing at communications and ... the afflicted Mercury. In the article 'Conspicuous in absence' on my site Astromarkt you find more about the effect of no placements in an element or no major aspects in sign. Without placements in air signs Mercury gets more important. In general without placements in air signs a person might sometimes be unreasonable.

BIRTH CHART JENNA BUSH She got married...

Jenna Bush's Midheaven is 7d05m Scorpio. Her fathers' Ascendant is 7d07m Leo. Often, parents and children have such a 'connection' in their birth charts.

She got married 10th May 2008, with Henry Hager, on her fathers' ranch in Texas. Unlike Tricia Nixon, she wanted to marry without the presence of the media and not in the White House.

The marriage will probably change her life. Her progressed Sun changed sign 6 weeks ago and transit Uranus is sesquisquare the progressed MC. Also transit Pluto has been conjunct her progressed Sun.

BIRTH CHART RUI COSTA Transits show the end...

What a timing! Rui Costa, Portugese soccer player, ended his carreer today, winning a game. It was a happy day (sun transit sesquisquare Jupiter) but...it also was an END. Saturn is a symbol of endings. Pluto is a symbol of transformations. And Neptune is a symbol of giving up. All three of theme are active by transit.

In Costa's birth chart you see Jupiter oriental (for the international) and square Sun.

BRUNO NEVES, CYCLIST, FELL AND DIED

Bruno Neves, a Portugese cyclist, fell and died today with transit Mars conjunct his natal oriental Mars - pointing at sports - and NNode, transit Mercury square Sun, transit Neptune sesquisquare natal Sun in the year that his progressed Sun was about to join Saturn. His situation (progressed and natal sun) says: desorientation or not being your usual alert self (Neptune), seeing your limitations (Saturn)...Still it was his job to be involved in a competition (Mars). The combination of his fysical condition and the use of energy (fight to win) might have lead to his fall.

He was born 5th September 1981 and only 26 years old and his hour of birth is unknown. So we don't know for sure if Saturn was involved (with the ascendant perhaps).
