The Astrodatabank-chart of Mozart is a B-rated chart. The source of the hour of birth is a biography quoating his father's letter. This chart has Uranus on the Descendant. In the movie Amadeus you can see how Uranus on the descendant, opposition Northern Node sometimes gave the impression that Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart was shocking, ‘an idiot’ or just ‘hyper’, different than the rest...That seems to be in line with Uranus. But he was also special, different than the rest of us, extremely talented. What makes his chart so special? What in his chart tells us about his early death? The answer is, that it is not just one thing, it is a combination of impressive indications. I listed 12 of them. For those interested, continue for the chart drawing, the talent in the chart and see how the progressions and transits mirrored his life.
Welcome on Astropost, a magazine about astrology to show you

What are progressions?
The movement of the positions in a day = the movement of the positions in a year, in progressions. Why? It is because from a particular place on earth the whole surrounding sky is visible in a day and the movement of earth around the Sun shows the complete sky, too, I have been told. So what you see in a day is what you will see in the year to come. The progression of a person in a day reflects the progression of a person in a year. The solar return chart completes the picture with the true position (transits) related to the position of the Sun at birth.
Progressed charts are strongly related to natal charts and should be read and considered in combination with the findings about the birth chart and the transits of the moment. People grow from the minute that they were born. People develop in a certain direction. That development in astrology is symbolized by progressions*).

Now what if a person was not a 'born leader' but developed and progressed to become one? I see that this development is visible in the progressed chart of Barack Obama. Follow the link to see this example and more of them. For example: the progressed chart of Joe Biden on Inauguration Day, the progressed chart of Pope Benedict when he was elected, the progressed chart of Queen Beatrix of The Netherlands on the day of her coronation, the progressed charts of Grace Kelly and Christopher Reeves on the day of their accident… There are crucial angular placements in these progressed charts. And how about the EXACT position of Mars in the middle of Saturn and Pluto in the progressed chart of Jacqueline Bouvier on the day that violent death changed her life.

Julian Assange: Mars in Aquarius biquintile Pluto
Julian Assange's hour of birth is a mystery, like the man himself. But we know his day of birth (July 3, 1971) and so we know the most important positions on his day of birth, like for example the focal planet in the funnel pattern in his natal chart: Mars in Aquarius, biquintile Pluto.
Mars in Aquarius is a team player and so is Assange. What he does is teamwork. Aquarius is the sign of changes, surprises and technology. The biquintile is a creative aspect. And Pluto is for power, politics, defense and strategy. Mars biquintile Pluto means that there is a creative and strong drive to win and ...creative self defence...and a possible creative use of strategy in the field of technology. The sextile between Jupiter and Pluto increases this effect.
Also, his Saturn is rising before the Sun, for ambition and for the serious approach. The combination of Venus square Pluto and trine Mars says a lot about passions and the problems that they give. And we see Sun in aspect with Jupiter and Uranus: that is the combination of the helicopter view (see Astromarkt)
The narrow aspects of a day of birth are important for the natal chart. The impact of the aspects will be mirrored by the positions of the planets and lights in the chart (elevated, square Ascendant or angular). Without an hour of birth you don't have a complete picture but parts of what we know seem to resonate what is important in the chart. For example: Assange has the Moon in Scorpio. I quote this blog (about Scorpio):
There are many persons born with the same positions on the same day of birth and they all have different aspects with the angles, a different Ascendant with different aspects, different genes, genders, social/economical situations and backgrounds. But if astrology is true, all those born on July 3, 1971 will have the same strongly driven nature to achieve a position of authority and they might all like to create some discord, perhaps. How else should one read Venus quintile Eris in this chart?
VENUS QUINTILE ERIS
Venus quintile Eris knows how to enjoy discord? Or should I see this aspect as a creativily thrown apple in the middle of a group of diplomats. causing discord in diplomatic relationships?

Moon in Scorpio
You are used to have to defend yourself when you have Moon in Scorpio, so you start defending immediately. If not yourself than your intimates. You need challenges and if there are not any you make them by making difficulties.

Winston Churchill's natal chart

NOVEMBER 30 is the birthday of Winston Churchill. There are 3 posts about his natal chart on Astropost. His chart is the chart of a politician, above all, of leadership and ... of an artistic talent. It is clearly in the chart.
POLITICAL LEADERSHIP: Pluto and fixed/fire signs
The 'finger of God' in a Yod is pointing at the planet that is making an inconjunction with the two other planets, the apex. This 'finger of God' is pointing at Pluto and this highlighted Pluto is quintile his Mars: for the creative drive to win. Pluto is the symbol of winning, authority, power, strategy and politics. Pluto is the apex of his Yod of Pluto, Venus and Jupiter. Venus-Jupiter-Pluto is the trio of 'a lot of money' and of 'a lot of admirers'.
The 50% placements in fixed signs is for holding on and standing firm, the 50% in firesigns shows drive and pride. The fixed + fire sign Leo is the sign of leadership. The elementary placements in his chart also show the fundaments of leadership...
ARTISTIC PATTERN
He was a political leader and ...a painter and author. Moon 112.5 (square + half semi square) Venus and trine Neptune, connected with Midheaven show the pattern of artistic talent. And we can see the international and the optimist (Jupiter rising before the Sagittarius Sun) and Ceres (the motherland).
ASPECTS
Mars exactly trine Pholus
You know that Pholus is the astrological symbol of the turning point and Mars is the symbol of war. It seems perfectly correct that Winston Churchill was born on the day that there was a trine (symbol of ease) between Mars and Pholus. He made efforts and worked to create a turning point in World War II. Mars is also quintile Pluto for the dramatic creative winner*).
Mercury in Scorpio square Uranus
Mercury-Uranus always has controversial opinions and Winston Churchill was no exception.*)Some of the things that he said would bring him in trouble today, but the speech about the beaches was great...
"We shall defend our island, whatever the cost may be, we shall fight on the beaches, we shall fight on the landing grounds, we shall fight in the fields and in the streets, we shall fight in the hills; we shall never surrender."

Jupiter, zeppelins and a lady

Jupiter is the symbol of the international, travelling and publishing. The prominence of Jupiter in her chart is perfectly corresponding with the main fact that we know about 'Gracie' Hay Drummond-Hay.

For more about prominent placements, see this post...
