George W. Bush and Eris on 09-11

On September 4, 2011, National Geographics interviews GW Bush about 09-11's impact. He says that he never wanted to be a President of war. But, on 09-11 his progressed Sun was inconjuct natal Eris, symbol of discord (and the start of fights). The attack of foreign terrorists is one of the ways that Eris migt manifests herself in the chart of the leader of the most powerful nation on earth. 

There were more transits and progressions,  of course . One of those is the aspect that is causing problems for Obama now: transit Neptune inconjunct Progressed Sun. The two joined inconjuctions on 09-11 show the loss of balance and how GWB was being struck by the event. See that post about the charts of the president and his wife on September 11. Uranus and Pholus on the Ascendant are reflecting the sudden shocking turning point and his tension. The chart shows only his view and his personal reaction, not a predictable event. Who could have guessed that the USA would be attacked in NY City on September11? Even the fact that the chart of the President has more than 3 difficult aspects within a couple of weeks doesn't mean that it 

a) would happen to others than himself 

b) would happen in NY 

c) would happen on 09-11 (unless the birth time of this AA rated chart would be corrected so that the progressed Ascendant would be exactly square natal Uranus). 

You know, when he had problems with his knee in July of 1995, and had to quit jogging, there were heavy transits of Uranus and Pluto and in the progressed chart the Midheaven was conjunct Uranus. It was shortly after a shocking event in American history. On April 19, 1995 (Oklahoma City bombing) with transit Uranus inconjunct the Sun of G.W. Bush and transit Eris opposition Jupiter.

The progressions of Lily Allen

This is the drawing of the natal and progressed positions for Lilly Allen, with transits and without hour of birth. The progressions show us how the changing progressed sunsign and the transit of Jupiter and Pholus with the progressed Sun, in the same period of time, turned her into a celebrity. 

I read that Lily Allen created a MySpace account in November 2005 (with transit Saturn square natal Sun) to launch her music, after being introduced  to London Records - without results - using her father's connections in 2002*). That was just before her progressed Sun sign was changing. When the progressed sunsing changes, life changes. 

One month later, in December 2005 transit Pholus was opposition progressed Sun and transit Jupiter also was opposition progressed Sun. That is a statement for a positive (Jupiter) turning point (Pholus) in life's development (progressed Sun)...shortly after 'changing lifestyle'.  Those three indications together were for a boost in her career.

Isn't it nice that so many famous persons seem to have listened to the ' tides of time'?

Charts offer more than one chance or direction, mostly and they should always be seen in the light of situations, conditions, gender, genes and education, for example. If you want to know more about the positions on May 2, 1985, continue...

The chart of Amanda Knox and the synastry with Meredith Kercher

To my surprise: Astrodatabank has the hour of birth of Amanda Knox. This is the AA rated chart. The transits show the positions of the day of birth of Meredith Kercher.

Meredith Kercher was murdered and Amanda is supposed to have been on the scene of the murder or to have participated in the murder. Reason for murder (says the judge): Meredith didn’t want to participate in a sexual orgy. Amanda has been convicted but she appealed. In this and more posts I will have a deeper look at her chart, the transits, the progressions and the synastry with the victim, starting with the interaction of the positions in the charts of Amanda Knox and Meredith Kercher. The interaction of their charts (between Sun-Neptune and Mars-Pluto) shows us the nature of their relationship in the eyes of us, the beholders. Their names are/were connected by an act of violence (Mars-Pluto) and by suspicion (Sun-Neptune: to see in a negative light). 

Tariq Aziz, Mars-Saturn, Jupiter inconjunct Pluto and April 28

In his natal chart Mars is sextile Saturn and sesquisemisquare (67.5d) Pluto. The Mars-Saturn-Pluto combination is the combination of the importance of untimely or unnatural death (of yourself or others). The resonation of Mars-Saturn (tight aspect in natal chart and transit today) adds to the importance of the transit. The situation (being judged in a country ruled by opponents, risking death penalty) adds to worries.

Tariq Aziz once was an important person in the government of Saddam Hussein. Watch Jupiter in his natal chart… 

Jupiter is sesquisquare Sun and inconjunct Pluto. Sun-Jupiter-Pluto is a combination that often shows success and confidence. However, the inconjunction between Jupiter and Pluto means that there is a price to pay for success. The combination of the tightest aspects (Mars-Saturn and Jupiter-Pluto) already tells us about the strong influence of disproportional successes and hard measures. Does it surprise you, that he became a minister in 1983, with progressed Sun opposition Jupiter? It is an astrological statement of fortune and rise to success. Even without hour of birth, there is a clear message in the chart of the day of birth.

HOW ABOUT YOU?

That is why I checked the others born on April 28, 1936. And then I recalled the birth data of Saddam Hussein: April 28, 1937. They were born on the same day (of another year). In ' The power of birthdays, stars and numbers' the 28th of April is linked to the fixed star Hamal. That star is of the nature of Mars and Saturn...The qualities of those born on April 28 should be: patience, discipline (Mars-Saturn!), working hard, concentrated energy and leadership. The negative sides are: use of violence and being unscrupulous. It seems to correspond with the character of Saddam and Tariq. But I very much doubt if Penelope Cruz fits in this pattern. Wanted: Barefoot Bandit

The Huffington Post published an FBI-poster. Wanted: a modern outlaw born March 22, 1991. On the Fourth of July, 2010 he may have stolen an airplane in Indiana and fled to the Bahamas. 

What in the chart is reflecting the behaviour of Colton A. Harris-Moore, the ' Barefoot Bandit'? What in his transits and progressions mirror his situation?

It is always the combination that does it! Of course it takes genes, gender and social circumstances to develop in such a way as Colton A. Harris-Moore did. See the link to Wikipedia about his early years and background (scroll down). It explains a great part of why Colton Harris couldn't have a 'decent'  life, maybe using his energy in sports or in business/sales. Astrological symbols and combinations show a variety of possibilities and 'ways out', but sometimes they are hard to see in difficult circumstances. The inconjunction between Ceres and Sun shows a problem from the very start and an exceptional link between his life and lifestyle and his genes, nutrition and background. The effect is harder when the situation is hard. Fact is, that there are several aspects in the chart corresponding with the story.

NATAL CHART

Parts of the story are reflected by the chart of his day of birth:

1. Mars quatronivile Uranus (a 160 degree aspect)

That is for rejoicing to rebel and the pleasure of a short fuse. Mars-Uranus is the kind of aspect that makes people drive too fast, act on impulse and explode in anger. It is also the kind of aspect that makes an engine run. In the charts of sportsmen who need to be fast and in the charts of engineers this aspect might be a pleasure.  Unfortunately the aspect is also known for incidents, accidents and the occurance in the charts of terrorist (and uncontrolled freedom fighters). 2. Mercury square Neptune: even when he didn’t steal, people tought that what he had was stolen. Mercury-Neptune is often there in the charts of suspects and (professional) liars. It is a good aspect combination for story tellers, but it is a burden when you are trying to communicate clearly. There is range of possible readings for Mercury-Neptune,  but misunderstood and miscommunication covers a lot of those meanings.

3. Mercury is inconjunct Pluto: extraordinary stressful mind.

The combination of Neptune and Pluto is that of the ‘ silent force’  and discretion. Writers of detectives have the combination prominently in their charts. In this particular case the effect might be very confusing.

4. He seems to try to live the life of a Rambo.  I like to point at the 75 degree aspect between Sun and Neptune. Minor aspects show the person behind the one that we can see in daily life. Sun-Neptune sometimes raises the question of identity.

5. The tight square of Venus and the oriental Saturn might limit his sociability as Saturn relates business and control to what is soft, nice, pretty and lovely.

6. The inconjunction between Sun and Ceres shows the disproportional link between genes and backgrounds (and perhaps also of nutrition) for his lifestyle
